Terms of Service
Effective March 1, 2025
1. Agreement
By using QOTBOT services you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Services
We provide AI-powered contact center software, including voice, SMS, and analytics features. We may update features over time but will not materially reduce core functionality without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You must comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, HIPAA (if applicable), and carrier rules. You may not use QOTBOT to send spam, harassment, or illegal content.
4. Data
You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide and improve the services. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
5. Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance and usage fees are billed in arrears. Late payments may incur interest. Taxes are your responsibility.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days notice. We may suspend services for non-payment or violations of these Terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
